Wowsers! When you make goals you go big! I think your reasons are the best! To change your health don't go crazy just make small changes like no pop, only whole wheat no white flour, pasta or rice. Smaller portions and the biggest one don't eat after supper. That was the hardest on me. If you want any more advice just let me know I love talking about it!
